About Your Head Navigator, Integrator, Fractional COO
Gael provides C-Suite consulting for (usually) women identifying owned and operated businesses looking for help to improve their processes and impact, both online and offline. She works with CEOs to identify gaps/leaks in systems/processes, putting the right person in the right seat, and facilitating a top-down culture approach so that they can improve their bottom line and take back their time.
As the owner/operator of ConnectWork on Main, Gael is invested in facilitating the economic revitalization of her local Main Street and the surrounding area. Her sensory-friendly coworking space offers a much-needed local landing place for a wide variety of people looking for a place to connect, collaborate, and innovate.
As a speaker, Gael has presented on a myriad of topics including but not limited to storytelling, automations, project management, how to talk to your kids, branding, and death (ikr?). She has presented to/for Penn State, GCUC, ANR, SRU, PRPS, NAPO, SMWL, GSUSA, and more.
Gael is a millennial mother of three epic humans. She is an enthusiastic supporter of local music and coffee shops and new writers looking to make their way.
"As a remote worker, finding a sense of community can be challenging, but this coworking space has filled that gap in the best way. The weekly social lunches bring people together, creating genuine camaraderie and making you feel part of something bigger. The monthly check-ins provide valuable guidance and accountability, while the bookkeeping sessions offer a supportive environment where you can tackle tasks alongside others who understand the struggles of remote work.
Having a space like this—where you’re welcomed, encouraged, and surrounded by others who “get it”—has made such a difference for me. It’s not just a place to work; it’s a community that helps you thrive."

"I'm a web developer and needed a quiet space with fast internet in a pinch due to an emergency. I called to get some information on rates and the owner answered the phone immediately and helped me get set up with the space I needed to get my work done. They have a lot of space here with awesome amenities and it's very quiet. Very grateful to have this space close to home, I wish I would have known about it years ago. Thank you, Gael!!"
