A few things you need to know about me...
Hi! I'm Gael and before I tell you about the incubator and all the epic support you'll have through the end of 2025, I want to share a little background and some things you might not know about me. You can read my bio at the bottom of this page for more.
What I promised above might sound like a pipe dream or it's too good to be true. I get that.
That's kind of how I felt the first time a client was finally able to do something that previously had been super hard for them. Seeing them succeed where previously they had failed was life-changing for me, I was hooked.
The last decade of my life has been spent perfecting how to help people do hard things, whatever those things are. This has led to clients
- starting,
- scaling, and
- maintaining wildly successful businesses.
I've also seen them through sun setting those businesses and starting something new.
I won't bore you with all the details here but suffice to say that I have thousands of hours of problem-solving and management to get a wide variety of people from point A to point B.
What I'm offering here is a chance to have that support at a fraction of the cost. In essence, you'll have access to a Chief Operations Officer (COO)/Integrator for the duration of the 2025 Incubator.
I can’t offer you a 100% guarantee that whatever you choose to do in the incubator you will accomplish by the end of 2025. However, I can guarantee that if you show up and are committed to figuring it out, you have a good chance of getting it done.

Integrating your dreams into your reality...
In the first week or so of joining the Incubator, if you haven't already, I'll encourage you to complete an annual planning exercise. This will ensure you are set up for the rest of the year. The exercise will help you, if you don't know already, determine what you want to focus on.

The Incubator is designed so that everyone's focus remains on personal progress. Collaboration is optional with opportunities to "buddy up," but I as your facilitator am the primary source of support.
The core offerings are virtual, providing the flexibility to access all sessions and resources online. This ensures everyone can participate to the level they wish, no matter their location.

About Your Incubator Facilitator
Gael provides C-Suite consulting for (usually) women identifying owned and operated businesses looking for help to improve their processes and impact, both online and offline. She works with CEOs to identify gaps/leaks in systems/processes, putting the right person in the right seat, and facilitating a top-down culture approach so that they can improve their bottom line and take back their time.
As the owner/operator of ConnectWork on Main, Gael is invested in facilitating the economic revitalization of her local Main Street and the surrounding area. Her sensory-friendly coworking space offers a much-needed local landing place for a wide variety of people looking for a place to connect, collaborate, and innovate.
As a speaker, Gael has presented on a myriad of topics including but not limited to storytelling, automations, project management, how to talk to your kids, branding, and death (ikr?). She has presented to/for Penn State, GCUC, ANR, SRU, PRPS, NAPO, SMWL, GSUSA, and more.
