That’s why we like to do these Get to Know Our Members posts. Today we’d like to introduce you to Kyle. He is a Company Founder and IT Support Guru and owner of Viterium LLC.

We had a chance to sit down with Kyle and ask the classic get-to-know-you questions. You can check out his answers below.
What is your occupation?
Company Founder and IT Support Guru
What has been the most rewarding aspect of your work?
Solving challenging problems. I particularly enjoy finding a solution to something that others have tried but were unable to resolve.
What is the biggest challenge that you have faced in business, and how did you overcome it?
Delegation. It has always been a problem for me to give up control and involved others. As far as how I have overcome it, I will let you know when I do.
What has been your favorite part about working at ConnectWork on Main?
Having a place where I can really focus and get work done. I work out of my home and there can be a lot of distractions, especially when the kids are out of school.
What inspires you?
There's not really a single thing that inspires me. In general, I find inspiration in the stories of company founders and how they were able to overcome obstacles to achieve success.
What do you do in your spare/free/extra time?
As a company founder, I don't have a lot of free time, but the things I enjoy include reading Sci-Fi and Fantasy, Woodworking, and online Role Playing Games

Kyle C. Knapp is the founder and CEO of Viterium LLC.
Kyle earned a B.S. in Computer Science from the United States Naval Academy and an MBA from the University of Phoenix. He has 16 years of IT Management experience and a dedication to finding the right solution to any problem.
He has also achieved the CAHIMS (Certified Associate in Healthcare Information and Management Systems) designation from the Healthcare Information and Management Systems Society (HIMSS).
